Welcome! My name is Eddie.
I’ve been treating patients since 2015. I see patients who are tired of standard treatments and ready for real results. I also used to be one of those patients! My practice focuses on bridging the gap between simply functioning and truly thriving.
What I Specialize In:
My practice is heavily hands on: I am ConnectTherapy™ trained, manual therapy trained including use of spinal manipulation. I’m also certified and credentialed with Washington state to dry needle.
Complex Orthopedics & Chronic Pain/Discomfort: Utilizing personalized hands-on manual therapy skills that I’ve developed with the help of the best mentors in the world for over a decade to resolve long-standing, stubborn pain and restore high-level performance.
Men’s Health: Providing expert, specialized care for an area of physical therapy that is heavily underserved and misunderstood.
Ehlers Danlos Syndrome: Dedicated care tailored to the unique needs of the EDS and hypermobile community.
Other Services Provided: Chronic tension headaches, chronic neck and traps discomfort, jaw pain with associated ear aches, mid back discomfort (or the area near your shoulder blade that never goes away), thoracic outlet syndrome, low back discomfort with flareups every 6-12 months, “Sciatica”, chronic shoulder impingement symptoms, chronic hip pain, knee pain, foot and ankle pain or discomfort.
Whether you are an athlete sidelined by a complex injury or someone dealing with chronic discomfort who has "tried everything," your care here will be personalized, clinical, and effective.
Let's get you back to living without limitations. I look forward to meeting you!

Strength & Recovery From the Inside Out
What is it? Men’s health physical therapy is a specialized, private form of therapy focused on restoring the pelvic floor muscles and core. Just like you’d rehab a torn hamstring or a bad back, these deeply vital muscles can get weak, tight, or injured—leading to pain and dysfunction.
What does it treat? This specialized therapy targets issues men often struggle with in silence, including:
Bladder & Bowel Control: Leaking, frequent bathroom trips, or sudden urgency.
Post-Prostatectomy Recovery: Fast-tracking your healing and continence after prostate surgery.
Pelvic & Groin Pain: Chronic pain in the pelvis, genitals, lower back, or hips.
Sexual Dysfunction: Addressing physical roadblocks to erectile function and performance.
How does it work? Through a highly personalized and private evaluation, we identify where your muscles are failing you. Treatment typically includes:
Targeted Exercises: Learning how to properly strengthen and relax the pelvic floor.
Biofeedback & Core Training: Rewiring your brain-muscle connection for better control.
Hands-on Therapy: Easing muscle tension and improving local blood flow.
The Goal: To get you out of pain, eliminate embarrassing leaks, and restore your confidence so you can get back to your workouts, your work, and your life.
Take control of your health today my dudes!

Experience the power of hands-on care.
What is it? Manual therapy is a specialized, hands-on approach where your physical therapist uses their hands—rather than machines or exercises alone—to pressure, knead, and manipulate muscles and joints. It is designed to decrease pain, reduce inflammation, and restore natural movement.
Two of the most effective manual therapy techniques we use are Joint Mobilization and Myofascial Release.
1. Joint Mobilization: Restoring the Glide
When a injury occurs or stiffness sets in, joints can become locked, restricted, or poorly aligned with a less than optimal center of axis of motion.t
How it works: Your therapist applies precise, skilled, passive movements to the joint at varying speeds and depths.
The Benefit: It glides and stretches the joint capsule, lubricates the joint with natural fluids, helps the nervous system and immediately improves your range of motion while signaling your nervous system to drop the pain signals and immediacy follow it up with a neuromuscular re-education to allow for reprograming your proprioception.
2. Myofascial Release: Unlocking the Tissue
Your muscles are wrapped in a web of tough, elastic connective tissue called fascia. Your Fascial system contains 6-10 times more nerve endings than your muscular system. Most of these nerves are innervated by your Autonomic Nervous System. Therefore, stress will play just a strong of a role as your biomechanics would on any given day including poor posture and repetitive strain, all of which will cause this fascia to tighten, bind up, and form painful restrictions.
How it works: Your therapist applies sustained, gentle pressure into the restricted myofascial tissue, holding it until the barrier "melts" or releases.
The Benefit: It breaks up internal “scar tissue”, improves circulation, eliminates deep-seated muscle tension, and allows your muscles to move freely again without catching.
Why Combine Them? Nerves tell muscles how to behave. Muscles move joints, and joints support muscles. By pairing Myofascial Release(targeting the soft tissue) with Joint Mobilization (targeting the bone-to-bone connection), we treat the entire movement system to give you faster, longer-lasting pain relief.

Dry Needling with PENS: Not Just Pain Relief, but facilitating healing
What is it? Dry Needling with PENS (Percutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) combines the deep muscle relief of standard dry needling with the advanced healing power of 20Hz frequency.
How does it work?
Target: Thin, sterile acupuncture needles are inserted into tight "muscle knots (trigger points) or near irritated nerves.
Stimulate: We safely connect a specialized device to the needles, sending a gentle, pulsing electrical current into the deeper tissues
Relieve: This targeted stimulation resets overactive nerves, floods the area with natural pain-relieving endorphins, and dramatically increases local blood flow to accelerate healing.
What does it feel like? You may feel a dull ache or a light, rhythmic tapping/twitching sensation as your muscles relax. Most patients find it highly tolerable and experience immediate relief from chronic pain, muscle tension, and nerve irritation
Not interested in the PENS portion of therapy? All good, the needles do the trick on their own as well!
(Manual therapy facilitates the body’s mechanism of self healing in a different way than dry needles. Both are tools that can solve the same riddle)
